These Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through jovadi.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
JOVADI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
For international orders outside the EU and UK, prices are shown exclusive of duties and import taxes. These charges may apply upon delivery and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.
Product Information
Each piece is described and presented as accurately as possible.
Due to the nature of fine jewellery, slight variations may occur in colour, finish, or material. These variations do not affect the quality or integrity of the piece.
Order Preparation and Dispatch
Once confirmed, your order is handled and prepared for shipment.
Orders are typically sent within 2 to 5 business days.
You will receive a separate notification once your order is on its way.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out by trusted carriers and requires a signature upon arrival.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs clearance or carrier disruptions.
Risk and Ownership
Ownership of the piece transfers upon full payment.
Risk transfers to the recipient upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, pieces must be:
- unworn
- in their original condition
- returned with all original packaging
Items that have been worn, altered, or returned without their original presentation may not be accepted.
Exclusions
Certain pieces are not eligible for return, including:
- bespoke or made-to-order pieces
- engraved or personalised items
These items are considered final sale.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at sales@jovadi.com with your order reference.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your piece.
Returns that are sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
If the requested piece is unavailable, a return may be arranged in accordance with the policy above.
Shipping and Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
We recommend using a secure, trackable shipping method, as JOVADI cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed by your payment provider.
Repairs and Care
JOVADI pieces are crafted to high standards.
If your piece requires repair or servicing, please contact us directly and we will advise on the next steps.
Liability
JOVADI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
Nothing in these Conditions of Sale excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the country in which the order is placed, whether the United States or France, as applicable.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.

JOVADI operates through registered entities in the United States and France.
Depending on the destination of your order, your purchase may be processed by the relevant JOVADI entity in the applicable jurisdiction.
